Liberty Leader Jeff Singer presents transparency to Chicago Public Schools
Right before the holiday break (December 17th) Liberty Leader Jeff Singer presented a transparency proposal to the board of the Chicago Public Schools. The meeting got off to a bit of a late start due to the fact that CPS president Arne Duncan had, the day earlier, been appointed Secretary of Education.
Nonetheless, Jeff spoke for two minutes to the board on the merits, ease and low-cost of becoming fiscally transparent.
